"The room was only “cleaned” once during my stay, which my stay was a week. There were ants behind the bed from old food no one cleaned up, I told the staff and nothing was done. There were fresh blood stains on both of my beds. The owner came outside screaming at me that it is a no smoke facility, which I don’t even smoke. She did not introduce herself, just started screaming. My children were crying wondering why I random lady is yelling when we did nothing wrong. That’s no way to speak to...

"Beach view was awesome and accessibility"

"Not bad! A bit pricey for the area and quality. Mattress was pretty hard and the complimentary breakfast was a little lacking, but good for a quick weekend trip."

"We had a wonderful 4th of July weekend stay, Nel at the front desk was amazing very friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Best part was we were right on the Beach. We will be back again this time in a bigger room thanks Nel!"

"2 things that unfortunately made my decision not to come and stay here again. 1Parking though it was free it limits you from leaving and enjoying because the parking will be gone. When you ask the staff they flat out say no guest parking. Or excuse for what ever inconvenience it may have caused. We had to buy a fan because it was hot in our extra room with bunk beds. We paid $630 ish for two nights. Not worth that at all."

"Booked through Expedia in March for 3 rooms ocean front on Daytona Beach, but on the day of my reservation (July 4th) the hotel couldn’t process my credit card at 9am (check in at 4pm) so they cancelled my reservation. *please note I do not save credit card information on sites due to the threat of data breaches* They sent a message to Expedia but I did not get the messages in time. They stated they needed to run my credit card for 1 room’s taxes ($23) and it would not process so they cancelled...

"The proprietors are very helpful and friendly and really want you to have a great stay and go out of their way to make it happen. It's a great no-frills motel with plenty of free parking. The bathroom fixtures were outdated from like the previous century, but everything worked and what makes this place charming!"

"Staff was great !!!! Rooms nice, and clean. Only issue with the hotel is elevator is extremely slow and ended up taking the stairs most of the time"

"Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though."

"The first room was not clean at all they changed me to a different room I found two roaches in the room I was not happy with the room at all the room was next to the elevator all night making noise it was a horrible noise my husband had no sleep"
