Top Beach at Daytona Beach Hotel Reviews
Nautilus Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Rooms are nice, clean & spacious. Beach location is perfect. Lobby is nice. No elevator problems!!
Staff was fine."
"I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! We had an oceanfront family room with two queen beds & a kitchenette.
PROS: The property is VERY CLEAN! The staff is very helpful & friendly. The parking under the hotel was great to keep our vehicle from baking in the sun. The property is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The pool isn't huge, but it was perfect. There are lounge chairs & umbrellas with regular tables. There is a shower directly off the beach to rinse off & a shower near the hot tub. The pool closes at 10:00 pm, which we loved, so it wasn't loud in the evening. The continental breakfast is limited to fresh fruit (bananas/oranges), bagels, muffins, danish, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, milk, juices, coffee & pancakes. There are plenty of condiments for the bagels - jelly, peanut butter, butter, etc.
CONS: The pillows were horrible. It's the ONLY complaint we had. They were SO BAD that it felt like you were sleeping on a pile of rocks. BRING YOUR OWN PILLOW!
OTHER INFO: There are pool towels provided, but they are just that - small pool towels. If you want a fluffy beach towel, bring your own. As mentioned, bring your own pillow. There is no restaurant or bar at the hotel (which we liked), but our room had a full size refrigerator, so we stocked up on what we needed. Restaurants were close and convenient. If you love a full hot breakfast, DAYTONA DINER is excellent and very close to the hotel. Grocery stores are close. We had a car so it was perfect."
"It looks like what you see in the pictures. It is very spacious and comfortable. The appliances are very modern and there is good mix of the right utensils you may need. The balcony is accessible from both the bedroom and living room and it is really as large as it looks in the pictures. There is a constant breeze that feels really good when you’re out on the balcony. Would definitely recommend to others and will stay there again when visiting. "
"Perfect little hotel on the beach! The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The pool was well maintained as well as having a beautiful beachfront view from the pool deck! Nice little private balcony with two chairs and a little table with the side view of the ocean, which was still nice! The staff were amazing and the manager Nell was awesome, they really make you feel welcomed! We were even able to check in early and that was a blessing!
Overall, the whole place was great, except one little thing their towels were rough.
