"As always the Manning Hotel shines as the best Hotel in Truro City Centre. Its front desk and dinning staff are always helpful and courteous to guests. The Guest lounge is such a nice room to relax in after a long day of sight seeing! I look forward to my next visit."

"The room was spotless. The owners/staff were friendly and helpful. I got upgraded to a sea view room and it was absolutely delightful! Beautiful bay windows with the view of the calming sea. The shower is amazing!! The water pressure was absolutely perfect and the way I like it. I had a lovely veggies breakfast in the morning. I would absolutely recommend this guesthouse. It’s so close to everything but offers such warmth and home vibes, I will definitely be booking again!"

Despite going in winter, we couldn't get the room cool enough -we opened the window and turned off the radiator but couldn't sleep as it was too hot. "The staff are lovely and the room was cleaned daily, which was appreciated. However, the room itself is very dated. The same applies to the bathroom, it appeared clean, but is clearly in need of refurbishment. There was visible mould on the ceiling and around the tiles, which felt more like a maintenance issue than something related to recent storm damage. After reading earlier reviews from last year, it’s a shame that some of these issues still haven’t been addressed. I was told a painter is...

"Check-in quick and easy and staff member polite and welcoming. Room adequate and en-suite modern with good warm shower. Twin beds were quite small to accommodate size of room. Overall okay location to stay for a night or so but no cooked breakfast( continental available) was not ideal. "
