"This is a roadside hotel that is almost a theme park. I loved it. It is getting a little tired in some areas and in our family room the furniture didn't quite entirely fit in the room but it was comfortable, clean, the breakfast was great, and you can get a pretty good view over Loch Ness while you eat it."

"We stayed 1 night while touring and enjoyed out stay in a property with lots of character. The staff were very cheerful and helpful making the brief stay a good experience."

"Nice clean room perfect for a family of 4. We stayed in 3 premier inns during this current vacation. West Inverness was the only one to leave a note welcoming us and leaving a toy/coloring books for the kids. A nice welcome, close to city Centre (1 mile). The restaurant unfortunately was short staffed and not taking in diners even though the restaurant was empty. Room was nice, comfortable and clean. Perfect!"

We were sent a message ON THE DAY we were arriving (ie after the latest cancellation date) to say there would be no food, but staff could advise places to eat."

"We had a pretty sub-par experience with the Waverly Inn apartments. First- check-in was really stressful. We arrived on a Sunday at 4:30, as expected. Check-in time is listed as 4pm so I would imagine check ins would be expected around this time. We arrived to a closed reception desk and no one in sight.
