We stayed 2 nights in a junior suite. Very spacious, comfortable and with a large bathroom. The staff were very welcoming. We enjoyed dinner in the restaurant which seemed very popular and also breakfast each morning. Thank you for having us

This was by far in all my travels to the UK (this was my 4th) the nicest, most comfortable, best all around hotel I stayed at. Staff was so incredibly friendly! Food was delicious (we had three breakfasts and one dinner there). In three nights I got hooked on the heated towel rack and now I’m looking to get one for home!

Lovely historical building (1870s) still in excellent repair, very nice room. Wonderful grounds to wander around. Pull the curtains AND the shades because the light still comes in. Very good meal in the hotel restaurant, excellent sourdough bread. Restaurant waitstaff was young and still in training. We received excellent advice on where we could do laundry in town.

So comfortable. Had all the comfots of your own home and then some. Very friendly staff. Will most definitely stay again if in the area again. Loved the quant area and apartment.

This is one of the best hotels I have been, the staff is so kind and friendly, even Molly the cute owners dog. They care about every little detail, breakfast is amazing and you have a variety of options. If you are not driving they can arrange a taxi for you (it is no expensive). I would definetly recommend this place and will come back for sure.

This is a really nice hotel and it had everything we expected in Inverness. Cozy and accomodating to our needs. We traveled with kids and most relevant of all was the presence of Molly, a pet whose owner worked at the reception, an extremely nice pet that made our kids happy playing fetch in the greener grass ever and on a superb weather. Breakfast was very good. We got there a little late the night before, having to travel long hours to know Scotland's highland, yet the cheff was kind enough to stay longer to be able to serve our family some dinner. Being an Outlander fan I found that "Jimy Fraser" stayed in the room nest to mine, culliden and clava cairns was really closed to the hotel, which made it easier to complete my list of places to viait. I recommend thia hotel with eyes closed, you will not regret it.
