"The staff was friendly but unhelpful. We struggled to get housekeeping. After the 2nd day with no housekeeping we brought it to their attention and the excuse was that we didn't remove our do not disturb sign until 9:30AM. Apparently if the sign is not removed before 9, the room is not cleaned that day. The cleaning we did get was not thorough. There are no luggage racks and were told there is table for suitcases which our room was missing. Staff made no attempt or suggestion to have a table...

"My experience with the hotel was amazing and Lawanda, the front desk clerk, was very hospitable and accommodating. Unfortunately, you do have to pay for parking. However, when parking, you have access to your room floor from the parking garage which was very convenient with luggage."

"I loved the helpfullness of the staff when it came to pointing out the amenities including the free breakfasts and 2 free drinks at the bar. I loved the fact that transportation was provided to the boat ride and trolley. We only drove when we went to dinner. The room was more than I expected because I was expecting 1 bed and was surprised to see 2. Overall, we were very pleased and will be staying again on our next visit."
