Room was good size and clean. Breakfast was good. The hotel is located about 5.5 miles from River Street and Forsyth Park, easy to get there. There is a Steakhouse right next to the Inn as well.

Place was clean. Breakfast had a good selection, but stuff did run out so don't wait to the end if it seems like there's a lot of people there. Tons of restaurants in walking distance, and the historic district was a quick bus ride right near the motel.

Asked for a Non Smoking room. The room we received smelled of weed, cigars and musk. Room not very well maintained. Old carpet. Torn and punctured curtains. Just not very clean at all. Breakfast was eatable. Staff was attentive to spills and mess made by guests. But Honestly would not recommend.

I have to admit for the price you cannot beat it the rooms are less and then $100 per night they are fairly clean you get breakfast in the morning you can get in the pool and it's in a quiet place that's accessible to many shopping areas and I've never been charged extra fee and the staff is always nice
