"This was my 2nd time at Bar Harbor Manor, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Hands down, the staff is the friendliest and most helpful out of anywhere I’ve ever stayed. My daughter has a food allergy, and they bent over backwards to make sure she was accommodated for and gave us recommendations for the entire town. The rooms are huge for the price, and the main lobby area is adorable. If I ever get the chance to come back to Bar Harbor, I will not be staying anywhere else!...

"Early June was too cold to swim and Tiki bar and Lobster restaurant was not open yet. No in room info about the area or hotel. Everything in the lobby convienence store was overpriced. Work was being done to renovate on some of the buildings during the day. Overall just average and I expected more for the price."

"It was close to town and felt warm and cozy! It was quiet and the wrap around porch was nice touch for waking up with coffee or ending evening with glass of wine"

"I booked this hotel, because it had pool listed. Unpleasant surprise after we checked in to find out that pool has been closed for some years and not planning to reopen any time soon. The foundation sunk . I would like to get reimbursed because we had to stay in the room as there was nothing else to do. Also, this hotel doesn't have an elevator, it was ok with us to walk up the stairs, but maybe some other people with wheelchair, stroller or heavy luggage it would be hard. Breakfast...
