Beautiful surroundings and grounds!!! Great sized room. The pool was freezing however, luke warm at best. Too cold for an adult to use and bright light shined under the door to the room all night. Really enjoyed the outdoor fire in the fireplace at night.

Definitely will return! Breathtaking ocean views, spaciously well equipped comfortable room with fireplace, wonderful breakfast facilty and lounge, separate pool house facility with infinity pool and hot tub overlooking ocean, peaceful hillside lounge chairs overlooking ocean, workout facility, a library , and spacious parking. The front desk and kitchen personnel were extremely friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants and hiking trails. Can't wait to return to the Inn at Oceans Edge!

This place was everything and more. The chairs by the bay are perfect for morning coffee, the pool was peaceful to read next to and swim in, and the neighboring towns had the cutest restaurants and shops. We will most definitely be coming back.

Hidden Gem!

The Inn is beautiful! What luck that we found it at the last minute and had a beautiful suite facing the water and lovely garden/pool areas. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Rich who helped us have a wonderful stay. This is a gem.

The Inn at Ocean's Edge is amazing, and we would definitely stay there again! Our trip was to Camden, Maine, but I found this place in Lincolnville to be the best place to stay. It was only a 5-10 minute drive from the Inn to downtown Camden, where there were cute shops, restaurants, and the Camden Harbor. The Inn and its grounds are beautiful. The grounds are very private, lush, with flowers everywhere, and with a spectacular view of the water (Penobscot Bay) and the Inn's infinity edge pool. The inside of the Inn looked and felt like quintessential Maine, and was probably the cleanest place we've ever stayed on a vacation. All of the staff were very nice, and our quiet room was humongous and felt like an apartment! The daily breakfasts were cooked to order and delicious. During our few days in Camden, we visited all the shops, dined at waterfront restaurants, drove up to scenic Mt. Battie (which also offers good hiking), walked on the rocky shore of the Bay (gorgeous views) from the Inn's grounds, + took a 2-hour sailing trip on the Schooner Surprise. I highly recommend the Schooner Surprise, for an intimate sail w/ very nice captains/owners. Just be prepared for cold temps and wind with coats/scarves/hats/gloves as needed. *Tip: book on the actual website of the Inn at Ocean's Edge for breakfasts to be included + to avoid payment discrepancies between Hotels.com and the Inn. Also, don't order "1 + 1/4 lb steamed lobster" unless you want to crack open an entire lobster!

A peaceful stay right on the water

This is the most peaceful, most beautiful hotel I’ve experienced in all my years. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The pool and hot tub were in the most gorgeous setting and the perfect temperature for chilly, foggy days. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. Everyone who worked here was friendly and pleasant. Camden was just down the street and a lovely little coastal town. We loved it here!

This property was absolutely beautiful. It is very quiet and peaceful. Dont stay here if you are wanting a lively stay. This place is great if you want peace and quiet. The views are spectacular and the grounds are meticulously cared for. The kitchen is open for breakfast, and serves delicious light options. Dining and shopping are about 10 mins away. The rooms are spacious and super comfy beds, and bedding. Loved this stay!

We knew this was a nice place, but we were even more impressed once we got there. Check-in was simple, room was close. The bed was amazing. Normally pillows are a problem, but they provided many and we slept great. Room was spacious and great view of the grounds and water. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, sauna and the spa. The breakfast was good also. We would stay here again and recommend it highly. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Great time!!

Great Location

The property holds a marvelous location above Camden. Incredible water views, serene. Folks are consistently of service. We stayed in the Hilltop Building- spacious with a private balcony. We found the gravel walkway path down to the Main Inn ( for breakfast) to be not so comfortable ( husband is 86 with cane) for elders. I should we return, I will request a room in the Main Inn lower hill level.

This was one of the finest properties I have ever stayed at. I traveled for a living with my career and I've been to many, many properties and this by far was my favorite. The staff was outstanding. The GM was there every morning. He was professional. He was funny. He was kind and he was present. The rooms were gorgeous. The property was absolutely beautiful. The pool was amazing and our entire stay was phenomenal. Breakfast in the morning was better than going to any restaurant. The food was great and again the staff was outstanding. I'm about to make reservations again for next year… We loved it!!

Staying at Ocean's Edge was lovely! Check-in was easy, the front desk staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. We opted for a massage and was not disappointed! The massage therapist was excellent! Sauna and hot tub were a lovely addition! Dinner was a challenge, as we had to scramble to find a restaurant open at 8PM, due to no dinner restaurant on the premises. Two restaurants are in close proximity, yet only one was open - however it was ready to close for the evening. Over all, a great place to stay!

Our room was BEAUTIFUL. The reception area smells BAD! The staff didn’t even bother to make our bed the second day of our stay, and for $400+ a night you’d think they would at least do that. Not a great location.
