"We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the dive shop we used . Only 11 rooms with a nice pool and lovely lush vegetation on the back side .We even saw a toucan right at the pool as well as many other birds ! The only fly in the ointment for us was our air conditioner seemed to have a mind of it's own . It did work but started running water out of the unit inside our room and right over my nightstand which soaked my phone and kindle . All good in the end !"

"Excellent comminications leading up to our stay and welcome was just as good. Lovely room with balcony area with seating nice touch Huge bathroom and shower to boot! Perfectly located to walk to the seafront for excursions and close to all the main restaurants. Breakfast ordered the day before with time slot - great start to your day!"

"We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All of the lodge buildings are very sympathetically designed, and blend well with the surroundings. Everywhere is very clean and maintained to a high standard. We loved sitting on the bar stools and watching the monkeys and morpho butterflies. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful, and assisted us with booking excursions. The food was very tasty and beautifully presented, as were the cocktails! "Zimmer gut und sauber, Personal freundlich. Einfacher Check-in/ check-out. Das Frühstück ist gut und wird auch früh morgens angeboten. Fußweg zum Strand nur 5 Minuten. "

"We had a great 6 nights at Casa Gitana, we had a lovely room with a shady private patio, our room was cleaned everyday and the staff were great. Breakfast was included and there is a restaurant for lunch and dinner. It's a short walk to the beach and many tours can be organised at the hotel. Thanks. "
