"Not fancy, but clean and very convenient to the Great Sand Dunes National Park. It has an awesome view of the dunes and we ate our breakfast on our patio looking at that beautiful view. They had a nice grab and go breakfast. Friendly staff. "

"Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. Property is a little old and our room smelled musty. Biggest problem was that the property is very close to two bars with pretty loud music on weekend (when we were there) - our room was on that side of the property and we couldn't open our windows to get fresh air because of noise."

"It is a journey to get here from TX, but it was exactly what we needed. Fresh air, nature, and wildlife abound. We awoke to chipmunks chasing each other and then off to the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. It ate up a whole day with hiking and sand. We came back at sunset and saw 2 elk and 20 deer. It was such a great experience."
