"This property was just about perfect. Lots of light and spectacular mountain views. We had one minor issue and host was instantly responsive and problem was quickly solved. Property was close to town and was clean and modern. We did not cook any meals but easily could have. Kitchen was well well equipped. Highly recommend this property and this host. "
"This house is in the perfect location for maximizing your time at the Dunes & Zapata falls. We especially loved the beautiful view of the dunes from the porch. As Texans, we were very concerned about having no AC in July, but we were plenty cool, even cold, every night. There are a ton of great touches in and around the house to help us enjoy our time there. The comfy mattresses in the loft were perfect for the kids. We will be back again for sure! "

"We couldn't ask for a more tranquil home with an incredible view of the Sand Dunes which was an easy drive to get to, as well as to Zapata Falls.Barbara is truly a super hostess answering all questions quickly, reliably, and her home had everything we needed - including a flashlight to go to the Dunes at night.We would love one day to return here with our grandchildren!! Anyone who appreciates the beauty and serenity of nature should stay here!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very peaceful and the tent was clean and well equipped. The mattress was very soft for my husband but my kids and I were comfortable. The mattress top heater was perfect for a cold night. Quiet secure location. We really appreciated the bug net around the picnic table. Thank you for everything!"
