"Our stay was disappointing despite a few positives. The rooms were spacious, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the housekeeping and maintenance service were well below expectations. We booked two rooms for five days, and the hotel information stated that housekeeping would be provided every two days. On the second day, we contacted the front desk and were told housekeeping would arrive around 4 PM. We asked the staff to give us 10 minutes to leave the room....
