We had to travel 3 days to toronto for work and needed a place to stay, it was good enough for that. The room was clean but some flaws in structure. The staff were very kind and welcoming but the atmosphere was a bit gross (hallways) but the room was nicer then expected, bed was clean and it worked if you need it just for sleep!
Not clean,
The entire hotel smell like a smoke and feels like you’re in a homeless shelter.

Disliked: Amenities
Not very clean, bedding looked worn. Breakfast was served in boxes, a croissant, a fruit, small juice box and a granola bar. It was okay but not great.
Place was pretty gross. Rooms weren’t even ready at 3pm check in. Garbage EVERYWHERE outside. Two towels in the room. Thought the elevator was gonna collapse everytime we went in it. Staff was very polite and easy to deal with though

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, even though the hotel was clearly showing signs of wear and tear; the elevator felt like it might fall at any moment, the air conditioning was poor—and the noise it made was even worse—and as for the breakfast, I wouldn't even call it a breakfast.
The room was lovely, clean, and good smelling. The hallways and elevator however, had a pungent odor of smoke, pets, and urine that lasted through the stay, making the travel between the room uncomfortable. Staff were friendly and really helpful. A note that you should ways latch and double lock the door as it was loose (they put a note to on the door).
It was our second time staying at this hotel, and we weren't disappointed either time. Staff are hardworking, polite, and helpful, rooms are clean, in order, with everything working. The beds are comfortable, the water isn't too hot or too cold, and the Quiet Hours policy is clearly taken seriously as it was quiet on our floor.
Positives - A.C. Clean room. Nice & Friendly staff. Plenty of parking.
Cons - breakfast was apple juice, a granola bar and croissant, but it did the job until I got some real food.
The location is perfect, the room was clean and parking was easy.
Once we started to shower we realized that water does not drain down, it stays in the bathtub. We waisted several hours trying to get onto WiFi - no luck! I got a chair and set in the hallways near the reception trying to figure out addresses for the following day. The receptionists were nice.
