"The staff is super nice and helpful. Gabriel was a great receptionist. Good energy. The breakfast is nothing crazy. The rooftop view is stunning. Best part of the hotel. I could see the sugarloaf and redeemer from there. Even the view from my room was great. I think the floor in the room should be pressure cleaned and there’s dusts on fixtures and I found too many hair strands in the shower. Besides the cleanliness room service was on point. The restaurant next door Pura Brasa has great food. "
