"Yo amé haber estado en este hotel, desde sus instalaciones, comodidad, ubicación, atenciones del personal en todos sus áreas; lo único es que considero que deberían agregar seguridad en el área de playa privada, así los huésped sentirán más comodidad y tranquilidad al estar en la playa y dejar sus cosas sin miedo. Para mí el mejor servicio al cliente fue de parte de Rafael en el bar/ restaurante de la azotea; muy amable, rápido y organizado; parece que le gusta bastante su trabajo 🙏 y sobre todo que habla varios idiomas, eso me pareció genial. "

"We totally recommend it! The location is amazing—close to all the key points in the city. It’s the only hotel in Rio directly on the beach, without a road separating it from the sand. The restaurant has amazing views, whether you’re going for breakfast or catching the sunset while sipping caipirinhas. The entire staff was amazing—friendly, informative, and always very, very helpful and welcoming. Special shoutout to Marcus and Matheus at the front desk. Rodrigo and Bruno at the restaurant were the best!! We spent 5 days in Rio, then headed to Lençóis Maranhenses. When we came back to Rio, we had originally planned to stay at another hotel, but we canceled and decided to return to Arpoador. We’re definitely coming back in the future. Thank you for everything!!"

"The hotel was great,breakfast and room.People complaining about little things only reflect on how annoying they are.No place is like home.And if you’re not moving in please be considerate.The cleaning ladies are amazing and helpful.Front desk takes care of everything you ask for.So please if you want a perfect place to stay..do yourself a favor and stay at your home. The hotel is very good."

"Perfect house keeping service"

"The hotel may not be in the best part of Rio but it is a very nice hotel. Our twin bed room was very clean, comfortable and spacious with a lovely bathroom with powerful shower. Breakfast was very good with a choice of hot or cold food. We had dinner a couple of evenings and the food was excellent and service from the waiting staff was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and the prices were very reasonable."
