"Great property. Our room had been redone and was very clean. Good mattress. The grounds were very well kept. The waterlily pond was gorgeous! Price more reasonable than by the beach area. Free parking! "
"This place is a gem! We were in town for my son’s student orientation at UCSB, and this place is very conveniently located to campus and easy to get to. It was a very clean, private, quiet and safe sanctuary to return to after a long and full day at UCSB. I would stay here over and over each time I’m visiting UCSB. Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful. "

The location however wasn’t ideal for people who want to explore Santa Barbara (however it is great for people visiting near by college). We wish we stayed downtown Santa Barbara where all the fun things are: wineries, restaurants, museums.
