"This place is a gem! We were in town for my son’s student orientation at UCSB, and this place is very conveniently located to campus and easy to get to. It was a very clean, private, quiet and safe sanctuary to return to after a long and full day at UCSB. I would stay here over and over each time I’m visiting UCSB. Hosts were quick to respond and wonderful. "

The location however wasn’t ideal for people who want to explore Santa Barbara (however it is great for people visiting near by college).
