The hotel overall was fine. The grounds are beautiful and the food was good. However, staff seemed distracted, dinner took an excessively long time, and it was hard to get help from the front desk (no one answering phones). They have LIMITED bikes so if you aren’t one of the first 4 people to get one, you’re out of luck. And as many have noted, the AC is extremely loud. Again the hotel is fine, but for the price and distance from downtown, they either need lower prices or ramp up the customer service.

Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff the stand out feature. Facilities were good, except the uncomfortable sofa bed ( although that was expected if I’m honest, just not something I’d want do again ) and the food we had at breakfast was outstanding as was the service. Only moan would be the entrance is almost impossible to see in the dark - poorly lit and no visible signage - so we sailed past it and had to go round the block - back on and of the freeway - when we arrived.
