"The room was clean. There were no stains on the linens (I checked). The shower was hot. Groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants are within walking distance. Let's be real about this, folks. It's a Motel 6. Clean and comfortable is all they are promising. And this place delivers."

"The house was clean, and Kirk allowed us to check in early and check out late. If you are visiting from out of state, be aware there is no air conditioning in this house. The kitchen did have an ant problem as well. Overall, nice stay"

"Great location, near airport, 15 minutes to downtown, Stearns Warf and other places of interest in Santa Barbara. Easy in and out access, house was very useful for long weekend visit to attend a family wedding in Santa Barbara. Very comfortable setting and well appointed decor. Kitchen (with some ants) Bedrooms and bathrooms very clean. Communications with property manager was good."
