"Classic California style! Great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spotless. The quality of the breakfast items was first-rate!"

"I stayed two nights, I made two separate reservations through Expedia, somehow that created a need for me to move from one room to another after the first night, except the hotel forgot to tell me u til they locked me out of my room. First room had a king. The staff said I had reserved a queen, so I had to commute back to the hotel the one day I am in Santa Barbara and pick up my stuff and move it to another room. Get back to the room to move. I had been locked out??? The whole thing was absurd....

"Esteban started off my trip with a warm welcome and plenty of information about the surrounding area to fill my few days. Breakfast was a nice spread and the eating areas were all beautiful. My room was clean and the bathroom had recently been updated, which was awesome."
