"The building is magnificent, clean, historic. The room is very well maintained, breakfast is great but not beyond expectation. Consignee service is great, and door keepers are super friendly, helping me open taxi door. Gym is great, provide clean towels and the staff is friendly to open and close doors for me. The tour guide for the underground tunnel did a great job. Overall, wonderful experience. Definitely will live in here again when i visit Taipei"

"Very clean. I was a little surprised the traffic noise was not disturbing inside my room which was well equipped and properly sized. Bed and pillows are very supportive and comfortable. All appliances function nicely except water from the faucet is a little weak. Overall, a great stay."

She helped us with calling taxi, provides excellent dinning recommendations in the area. 2nd floor lounge area has large space to enjoy breakfast or snacks while wait for laundry. Having a functional and 24 hour laundry facility is very helpful for guests who travels with their families. "

"little bit pricy staying Cozzi Minsheng, but everything was worth it, i stayed here many years ago, the only thing i learned is the breakfast is not as great as used to be, and i was shocked they charged you even you calling local city calls using the room telephone. Hope these can be improved, but as always every CSR are very nice, attentive and warm, i like it here i will be back."
