"We were celebrating my husbands 60th b-day and they graciously upgraded our room with a beautiful view. They also sent up a nice bottle of red and desert! Every staff person that we interacted with was pleasant and helpful. All in all, Wonderful hotel. "

"Francis was great at the front desk. The property took us a few minutes to find the entrance. Once inside, it is decent. It is directly across from the World Trade Center and located where it is easy to get around town. We would stay again for sure!"
