"The room was nice and everything worked as expected. There was a microwave and a fridge as well. No issues with the TV or the HVAC and it does have airport shuttle service. My only complaint would be that there is no elevator and having had two large suitcases made it a bit difficult to get upstairs. I am unsure if they have someone able to help carry luggage up to the second floor and thankfully I am still able to do it. I didn't have a car, but they do charge for parking if you do."

"At check in the staff was wonderful the room was clean. The beds where not comfortable at all the pillows are very thin and so are the floors our upstairs neighbors had a bunch of kids that were up all night running around it sound like they were having a dance party all night long with no adult present it really sucked it ruined my second night I couldn't get any sleep. Did not eat breakfast there were not a lot of options pork sausage powder eggs biscuits and gravy and that was it"

"The pillows were to flat. The bed was not comfortable. I booked a room with a bathtub and they gave me one with a shower. Hard to park when you have a big truck ."
