Room was clean enough. Staff was unfriendly and the pool heater was “broken” which we weren’t told about until we asked despite me asking about the pool upon check in. We also weren’t told that housekeeping only comes once every 3 days and we would need to be taking our own trash out. When we called for pillows for the pullout bed they argued and said there were some in closet. There was only 1.

Pictures are photoshopped. The property is very run down. Location is great and the view of the ocean is nice, but you're going to have to deal with sub-standard conditions to get it.

Absolutely horrible. No indication where to find the office and when I finally found it they were literally running it out oh one of their guest rooms which was a pigsty. Once we got to our room we found it to look nothing like the photos and no instructions on how and where to access any of the amenities that were listed like the pool, beach chairs or towels. It also was listed as ocean view but there was none. When it came time to check out, no one was in the makeshift office so I just left the key in the room. I will NEVER return

It was 10/10 for us, we flew in from Texas and it was our first time in Cali and it was the best. We will most definitely be back! And will stay at the same place , hopefully get the same room again 😭 made a lot of memories
