"The property is located in a great area with easy access to the beach and to restaurants as well 5th Ave. Just steps away from two great restaurants for breakfast and dinner. It is a quiet hotel which is nice if you're looking for a more relaxed vibe, as well lots of green plants/trees for each suite to have privacy (no one is looking into your window which is a nice feature). Rooms - overall nice but could use a little upgrading. Ex: showerhead water pressure, bathroom fans extremely...

"Did not appreciate the fact that there were no channels on tv and when I asked I was told “oh tomorrow we can install a tv box….. it was raining and we stayed in the room that night… next day was too late, we where leaving"

"Good location, near to restaurants, convenience stores and beaches. Hotel has private parking and pool. Nice view to the sea from the terrace. Excellent service from Guillermo, Luis and Rafael. Room was cleaned. To improve: coffee. I would add a coffee vending machine for all guest in the lobby. This way we can prepare it ourselves, and have it hot and fresh. Gracias. Disfrutamos el tiempo q nos alojamos alli! "

"My husband uses a cane to walk, the Elevators were not working the 6 days we were in hotel. Other than that the Ladies at the Front office were very hospitable, friendly & very nice. Maria is an awesome singer. We loved her voice when she sang at the restaurant next door! I highly recommend this Hotel!"

"Other than parking and a pool, this place has all you could want for an amazing price. Better rooms than my friends all inclusive resorts. Very good owners and location. Can’t wait to come back. "

"I loved our stay and I would definitely recommend this to others. Our concierge helped book our restaurants. The buffet restaurant was great. The only complaints I have is that the food at the beach was cold and on rainy mornings there is no driving service before 9am. Beautiful natural beauty. The beach is protected so you do not have to stress about undertows as much. The rocks provide home to fish so you can snorkel right there on the property. They had several animals running around that were adorable like spider monkeys. Shows were well done and the theatre is open to air on the sides, you could see the show from any spot. My kids are older so we didn’t take advantage of the kids programs but they had many fun things and a kids pool with slides. The quiet pool was amazing because it has trees all around it and cool rock formations. "

" All the staff were great, even the yard and maintenance workers were helpful. enjoyed being able to visit and have lunch at sister resorts next to property.we even decided to stay on resort and not do any excursions to enjoy the facility. "

"It was very clean very quit the only thing i didn't like is the buffet close at 6pm so if i didn't have any reservation to any of their restaurants i have to go the palace buffet witch was so bad"

"Property was well kept and it was 5/5. You got to walk through the jungle when going to the rooms. You also walked through the jungle to go to the pools and beach. The walk was very enjoyable very beautiful. There’s these monkey looking animals that will join you on your walks. Very cool experience. The pool had a bar in and around. The beach was beautiful. The ocean had a mixture of 4/5 different blues in the water breathtaking. This was my adult only first experience and I enjoyed it. Very relaxing and the crowd from all over the world was lovely. "
