I was very busy working in the room so I had no time to make up room. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"It is a nice hotel. Lacking in customer service however. Also had problem with room comfort level. We left the room with the AC set by the staff, came back and it was the fact same temperature. Someone came in and measured the temperature of the vents and it showed no cool air was coming into the room. Was told that they needed to turn on another machine.
