The personnels in the hotel are all kind and nice, well trained to deliver good services, and the housekeeper would greetings to you when meeting you in the hallway. Oh, their breakfast is one of the best part of the stay, so many choices and tasted so good we ate so much than cannot eat anything for lunch. last thing to mention, it's walkable distance to Lingyin Temple, 10 mins away for a walk thru a path...

The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "
