"The place is well-planned and very convenient for everywhere. Breakfast included serves very nice meals and drinks there. Further, please do try the Chinese restaurant located at 37 floor and enjoy the boundless swimming pool and fancy gym facilities at 35 floor. Last but not least, I really like the hotel service. The hotel kindly extended our check-out time. "

"The hotel is located by the beautiful west lake, it is super clean and very quiet. The hotel helped me to arrange a hotel taxi (super clean Audi). The taxi driver - Miss Zhang was not only drive us to the local interests, but also provide a lot of valuable information and outstanding services for us. Quick to switch rooms on request, providing ample water, helping with recommendations, and the breakfast was incredible for the price(plus they allowed take away). "This is no doubt a gorgeous property, and with a great location right beside West Lake so perfect for people looking for idyllic strolls beside the lake or a jog in the morning in beautiful surrounds. "Nice surroundings but the villa is very cold in winter. We stayed a night in the winter. The villa was extremely cold. We called the front desk; a technician came to check and admit AC is not strong enough and would get a heater for us. But the heater never came and we had to call front desk again for a quilt. Avoid the villas in winters."

"Really great experience! Top notch service! Kudos especially to front desk manager Fanny and breakfast buffet host Brett, whom went above and beyond their duties to accommodate our baby! Brett would reserve our table every morning and get our coffees and baby chair ready without us asking. We really appreciate them both. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of restaurants and shops next door, which makes going out a bit harder. "
