"Amazing 5 star hotel with everything we could have asked for. Very

floors and lobby however rooms weren't as good as the rest of the hotel but still beautiful. Housekeeping is very helpful and makes sure the room is spotless. However some slight issues is that the toilet wasn't great as it would constantly get blocked and wouldn't flush and out tap over the sink was bent sideways plus the nearest metro station was 1.5km away .Kevin Guo was very helpful."

"I think this was the best stay in the whole China trip for me. I enjoyed the place, shower & bath, comfortable bed, breakfast, and hospitality staff. The location was a bit distanced from the station but taxi makes a big difference to come back here. I wish Japanese restaurant was open but I enjoyed the Chinese restaurant at Sofitel as well. "

Breakfast was asian kitchen centered but there were still had western kitchen items. There could be room for improvement. More vegtables and maybe omelettes."
