Bed was amazing and bathroom had luxurious Lanvin amenities. Staff were very friendly and professional specially the concierge who went above and beyond helping us retrieve something we left behind in the train from Beijing. Exceptional service. "

"The building and the room has the old english theme which is very unique. i totally understand if the hotel management want to keep to the theme but some refurbishments are needed as the room look worn out i.e bathroom tiles, the cabinets, carpets. Overall, the room was clean and bed was comfortable. "

"Room was fairly large though not in a very central location. A bit of a walk into main area near Drum Tower. Comfort of room was pretty good though not much of a view from my hotel room. If you are after something in a more central location then there are plenty of other options available closer to the central city area.
