"Very poor hotel not at all what I expected. The room itself was very poor everything very old, the net curtains were all ripped. The bathroom was a mess all the tiles where black mykids didnt even want a shower. The toilet did nt flush properly. Towel rail didnt even work.
Extra bedding wasnt supplied had to ask as the room was booked for 2 adults and 1 child but there wasnt enough bedding was told the room was only booked for 2 people.
Must stress that the young man that was on duty that night...

The dining room is in the pub and the decor is eclectic. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful."
"Lovely location, large comfortable room. The service from the staff was excellent and helpful. The meals were very good. I did have to return a steak (gristle) which was replace immediately with an alternative meal. Will definitely go again for a short stay."

"If you’re just after a good clean & safe space to lay your head this fits the bill. The staff are lovely & friendly but don’t expect any food service or accessible drinks etc. whilst an incredibly lovely building there is very little going on there. "
