"I showed up for my reservation and they said they were completely booked. They didn’t even make reservations through hotels.com so they weren’t sure how it was made. They were under a different name than what was listed. They are OYO now. When I called hotels.com, they couldn’t even reach them because it was the wrong number listed on their site. "One elevator in the parking garage was out of order so we had to wait at times and people would just crowd into it. The directions for parking before you check-in need better clarification. The lobby was packed due to a wedding reception and people were drunk one guy even puked. They needed some separation from paying guests and reception attendees most of them seemed to be leaving late."
