"was really great! we weren’t bothered once, we couldn’t hear the family next door to us, which is a huge plus, and the pool was amazing! a lil confusing to get around hut once you get the hang of it, it was a treat to stay! def will book again in the future!"

"For the price this was a great place to stay! We had a full kitchen, a living room area and a bedroom and bathroom. It was clean and the staff was nice. There is also a playground out back (could probably be cleaned as it was a bit dirty) and the pool area had a 1 ft pool perfect for little ones and a bigger pool along with a hot tub to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Orlando! It’s also pretty close to both universal and Disney parks. "

"The ice machine on 7th floor has mold on top. Please be careful it'll look like dirty ice"

"Our room was small, the toilet clogged several times and the shower didn't drain. In addition the shower head was broken and on full jet mode. They came to fix it but left the shower head and the tools just laying around the bathroom. Some staff were exceptional while others, mainly the front desk were rude. Our key didn't work twice and we had to stand in line for 20 min to get a new one. I was given attitude about needing three and that they didn't understand why they weren't working One of the hot tubs was broken the entire time so every night there were 50 people in one hot tub. Disappointing to say the least."
