"A lovely, well appointed hotel right in the middle of Bath. Room was lovely. Free use of the spa facilities in the morning and the evening were a welcome addition to our stay. Thoroughly recommend staying in this 5 star hotel with a 5 star attitude to customer service. "

"Whenever I stay in hotels, the main thing that is important to me is having decent air conditioning, and I can safely say this is the best air conditioning I’ve ever had in a hotel in the UK! I know it sounds silly but I have a health condition that means I can’t regulate body temperature very well. The room was so nice and very clean. The reception staff were lovely. The only little thing that was little disappointing was that the housekeeping came to clean our room at 5pm, and we had been out all day and at 5pm we got back to our room to relax, and they knocked on the door asking if we wanted our room cleaned, they did have all day to do it, but I understand it is a big hotel! Will definitely be staying here again should we be visiting Bath again."

"Comfortable room, very clean. The only thing was that the food was not cleared away quickly enough from the outside seating area which attracted a gull who started eating the leftover food. "

"Landed just before midnight and was relaxing in a beautiful spacious room, divine bed, and total silence. Slept perfectly until 7am when I had a refreshing shower, delicious breakfast, and was picked up by my taxi. I was at home in central Bristol to give my disabled breakfast after my first respite break after 9 months of 24/7 caring for my husband. There couldn’t have been a better end to a most wonderful relaxing time in Italy, thank you. "
