The room was clean but the decor and bathroom all needed refurbishing as did most of the communal areas. Easy to find and meal was good. Parking is on site but is at a cost and expensive for a non city centre location.

We had a lovely stay. Room was great, air-conditioning was appreciated in the heatwave, comfy bed, coffee machine...! We had a lovely meal too. Only downside was the bathroom which was a little dated and had three cracked tiles on the floor.

Easy location to find and great amenities a short drive away. Comfortable, clean deluxe room. Warm cookie on arrival was very nice touch to go with Nespresso coffee in room. Large spacious room with big bed, air con and fan much appreciated in warm weather. Lovely clean bathroom with walk in shower. Would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel, twin room had 2 double beds. Great to have a swimming pool and gym available to use and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of gluten free options

Very tired rooms, fixtures and bathrooms. Terrible water pressure so the shower was weak at best. Swimming pool was full of hair and the showers in the changing rooms again, pathetic. The staff were however great and tried their best to resolve issues the best they could. Next time, we visit Bristol, we will not be staying here.
