"Wanted a refund from the door expecting a nice room that was missing represented on top of everything else like the toilet that wasnt cleaned dusty and the longe room was not a place to lounge as well as the kitchen attached to it never rushed to get a different place faster and you can find it for the price I paid I wouldn't have wanted to stay there and the refund process takes its time when you figure out you need to do it "

"Rob actually offered an upgrade to the property next door as last minute essential maintenance was being undertaken in the listed property. The experience was sublime. A beautiful property tastefully furnished catering for every need. The swimming pool and hot tub were spa standard. We all had the most amazing stay. "

"Everything about this property is just brilliant. Location is close to the city centre and the property is clean and well presented"

"Place is advertised for 8 people and it cannot simply accommodate such number. There are two bedrooms with double beds and two fold out beds in the living room, of which one is broken and cannot be used as a bed. Many things in the property require fixing, my wife got locked in the bathroom as the door handle came out when she was inside (it was later fixed during our stay). "Host great, property clean and Hot tub was nice and warm!"

"We were visiting Bristol and Bath for the weekend and this place was the perfect base for us to do so. Comms were good and access to the property was straightforward. The house had everything we needed for a cosy and comfortable stay and everything we used was in good working order (oven/hob, wifi, tv, shower). Good value for money so we would gladly return if we're back in the area. "

"While the bedding and overall flat was clean, we were told there was off-street parking— there was not. There were no instructions whatsoever. We waited 2 hours for a text reply from the host before calling. The washing machine would not work. We waited An entire day to get help from the host for the washer and dryer— never a reply:The host"
