"Nice compact little cottage down a narrow road. We are a family of 6 (4 adults and 2 children) and therefore a short stay in this accommodation was adequate, two weeks and then the cracks in relationships would have appeared! Sofa bed had a tendency to collapse so be careful. Positives: Great location, good communication with agents and competitively priced. "

"The room was okay - a bit tired and could have been cleaner. It wasn't disgusting but it wasn't immaculate. It's not exactly cheap either so I can't let it slide on that basis. "Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "
