"The property is very clean, comfortable and generally well equipped, with excellent TV and Fridge. There are nice little extras obviously aimed at going the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. The location was good for the Marina, walking to the Pier areathe cliff side walk to Rottingdean. We are both 69 and did over 20,000 steps in two days but there are regular Busses as well."

"The location is very convenient, the beach is right outside the door, and the house is very beautiful, just like I imagined. "We stayed in room 402. It was a very spacious room with a queen size bed that was very comfortable there was also a couple of chairs a table and tea/ coffee kettle in the room. The room was nice and clean and had nice decor. Would definitely stay here again "
