Yes, objectively the rooms are small, but they’re not claustrophobic at all - we slept like babies and were super comfortable throughout our stay. You can’t beat the location either, steps away from Big Ben and Westminster Abbey and multiple Tube stops. Will stay here again anytime we’re in London."

"Breakfast was great. My room was very good. Staff was very kind. The location perfect. My only surprise at checking out I was asked to pay an optional gratuity for staff of about 200 pounds. I declined. Great stay"

"Reception was helpful on arrival. I was asked what room I wanted and given a room that was quiet. As important it was cosy, clean and tidy, even had chocolates. The bed was comfy but not too soft and I had a good nights sleep. The Haxwell restaurant was good for fine dining, but for those with a bigger appetite might find it lacking portion wise, but there are plenty of restaurants too choose from on the doorstep. The hotel is well located for central locations and theatres either walking or a short taxi ride away. Compared to some, I found the room good value, just right for rest and relaxation. "
