"Location is close to downtown restaurants and some attractions. It is also close to the Park; a trail to the Sugarlands Visitor Center is located at the end of River Road. The room was large and had a small balcony for two. The breakfast was better than a continental breakfast advertised. Parking is in a two level garage and leads to the lobby. Pool is good for kids or for adults to cool off. There is a town trolley system which we did not use but seemed to be popular. We recommend this hotel....

"First time in Gatlinburg and it was the best. We passed through driving from Wisconsin to Florida and Glenstone lodge was right where we were looking to stay. 10 minute walk from the shops and dinning. A beautiful view from our room balcony and the rooms were clean. Will definitely stay again. "

"Good stay if you need value stay. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast is just ok. We also picked this hotel due to the river being there since my husband likes to fish. The river is not easily accessible and is posted to stay off the banks. Something about this should be listed on the site - River View but No River Access. "
