We all loved the pool, the gorgeous views from the balconies, the spacious rooms and comfortable beds, the individual bathrooms, the huge kitchen and dining area and the cleanliness of the entire cabin. Margie was exceptional to work with and she even sent us ideas of things to do! She was so personable and really did everything she could to make our stay perfect! "Beautiful house situated on top of a mountain overlooking the national park. There are bears in the area and they are not aggressive but they are curious. They are beautiful to watch in the afternoons and evenings. Great house and plenty of beds. "

"Beautiful views, lots of space for our group of 11, beds were comfy and everyone loved the theater and game room. Kids loved the Harry Potter themed bunk room. A few bear sights! We would definitely return in the future. "

"The cabin was beautiful, the bedroom upstairs was perfect for our oldest, she wanted to stay there forever. The younger ones were so surprised by the pull out couch. The kitchen was equipped with all we needed, and I love that it had a coffee bar. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Back porch had a hot tub which was clean and directly behind us was the woods. We were thrilled to see a bear early one morning wandering around. Overall it was such a wonderful stay! "

"We came for a 3-day weekend get away to enjoy the pretty mountain scenery. I worried that this rental may have been too far away from the action, but that was not the case. The location was perfect. Lots of business additions to the Wears Valley area, made for a comfortable stay with everything we needed just a short drive away. We ate at a couple of the restaurants that were recommended and really enjoyed them; especially Papaw’s Catfish. I forgot some things at home and was able to make a late night quick trip to the Dollar General to pick it up as it is very close to the cabin. The front porch view was spectacular and we spent a lot of time rocking and swinging and enjoying the quiet beauty that is the Smoky Mountains. The hot tub on the back porch was so pleasant and bug free thanks to the screened -in porch.The bedrooms are large and the beds are comfortable. I like it dark when I sleep and the location of the cabin, away from light and noise pollution, made it possible for me to sleep through the night, which is something I rarely do away from home. The TVs in the bedrooms are nice and big. Water pressure in the showers was good. Linens and towels were nice as well. We had everything we needed. Communication from the hosts was excellent! Very prompt and helpful. Checkout was a breeze. One last thing, the cabin was very clean, even in the corners— I always check. Overall an excellent choice and the price was right. We will stay here again. "
