This is an older property, but they have done an excellent job updating the rooms. We have stayed here several times. We love the size of the rooms, we love the fireplaces. We love the location in Gatlinburg. We were going to be late, so we called and Caleb put us at ease, that there would no problem. We have loved everyone that we have met here. Oh, we also needed some help after we checked in and Caleb immediately came to the room and fixed our problem. Awesome stay. Thank You.

Bed mattresses were good. Parking was good. Air conditioning was not working properly in mid 80 degree weather. Air blower vents dirty had to self clean. Room not staying cool no matter what setting. Room could have been cleaner and not so musty feeling. Not a big selection for the continental breakfast. First stay and probably won’t be back. Price per night of over $200 was not worth it for our experience. We tolerated due to only being there 2 nights.

We stayed in the family style suite. Check-in was very easy. It was easy to park and it was so accessible to walk to restaurants. The beds were so comfy. The only complaint was that this suite had a musty smell once we arrived. Not sure the source. Outside of that I have no complaints. I slept really well. Everyone in our party had their needs met. We enjoyed having a full kitchen and we benefited from the convenient grab and go items for breakfast. This is a nice little Inn.

We enjoyed our stay. The Room was clean and fully stocked with amenities. Our request for extra amenities were delivered as requested. The inn was within walking distance to the Main Street, restaurants and attractions. Had a good stay !!
