"The cabin was very nice, we had a little trouble checking in, but that was our fault for not knowing how to use the key pad. We had trouble so we contacted the property manager, and she responded in a very quick and timely manner and even FaceTimed us to help!"

"This condo is extremely dated. The exterior needs TLC! The stairwell smelled of urine and needed cleaning. Not what I expected at ALL. "

"The location is perfect, the apartment was immaculately clean and decorated nicely, the first floor was great with our dog, and it was well stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, and kitchen utensils. The property was beautiful and very clean as well. The only issues we really had were that the bathroom vanities are pretty small, which is no big deal. We made it work. The biggest problem we had was the noise upstairs. There isn’t much the rental agency could really do about it, but it’s bad....

"Space on top of space. We had total 8 and no one was ever waiting on anything, we had room inside and out. The movie room WOW tons of opportunities to talk and watch whatever you like. We appreciated everything that was available to us and we for sure will plan to be back."

"Overall, we had an awesome stay! This place is perfect if you are looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still be close enough to be where you want to be in 30-45 minutes. We were able to be in Sevierville in 30 minutes and Pigeon forge within 40. If you are looking to just stay in and relax, there is a grocery store close by and all utensils and cookware to fix a full meal in the room. Phone service is almost non existent until you get off the mountian, but the wifi in...

"The cabin was just the perfect size for two people and the location was great. The hot tub is on the front porch which does not provide very much privacy. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star overall rating is because of the floors. The floors were very dirty. It was evident that they had not been mopped. You couldn’t walk across them barefoot without sticking to the floor."

"We stayed for two nights while we visited Dollywood. The location was great and the apartment was perfect. We were surprised when we pulled up to the apartment as it looked very small from the outside. Upon walking in, we realized that we were only seeing the first floor! The only two things that we noticed that needed to be added: bathmats on the floor in each of the bathrooms and a few more towel hooks in the bathrooms to hang up towels after a shower!"
