"This was one of our favorite hotels of all time! The housekeeping was pristine, the breakfast was amazing, the property was gorgeous, and the location worked great. Location was very easy to get to the Blackfriar stop and a pleasant, relaxed place to hang around by the river. Great pub right nearby. "Great location. Bright, fresh lobby decor. Color changing lights in the bathroom were fun. Bed comfortable. Had issues with the room temperature—it kept saying it was 64 degrees F but it sure felt hotter. Wouldn’t let us go any lower. Toilet 1/2 worked. When we first arrived staff was a little short with us, but after that everyone was very cool and helpful. "

"Very clean and modern hotel. Ibis Styles is on the top end of the Ibis group, and you can tell. The room was not huge, but perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was included and very good. More in the continental breakfast style rather than heavy fully English. Location was great for Southbank exploration. Would recommend and stay again."

"We had a lovely 5 night stay at the Mad hatter Inn. Very good location. Easy access to Southwark tube station. Close to Borough Market which is a must see. Hotel room was comfortable and very clean. Fair price, especially for London. Nice to have a pub downstairs. Hotel staff very engaging and friendly. Only issue was a faulty electric tea kettle. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."
