Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge

10/10 Excellent
"I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel is in a great location. If you’re travelling by car, you can park at Waterloo Car Park, which is just a 2-minute walk away. The staff were also really nice, polite, and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and I would happily stay here again!"

"Beautiful hotel, great location and room was lovely. The main issue was room was booked for 3 adults, however was not set up that way when we checked in despite double checking with the person on the check in desk. Returned to reception and they had someone come up to set up the third bed, however they didn’t bring a 3rd cup, tumbler glass/ wine glass. Asked a number of times over the 2 nights staying for them and eventually got a cup on the afternoon after our first night. When I asked on the afternoon and evening after checking in I was told they would be brought up a number of times but just never arrived. I just wanted to be able to make a cup of tea and not have to wait for one person to finish to get a cup. It was all a bit hard work, when really if the room had been set up for 3 people, as booked, when we arrived all of that should have been in the room. The hotel felt very safe with keycards required to access the lifts and a nice bar downstairs."
