In the week before we were to arrive, the host was very responsive to questions and was kind to let us drop off our luggage in the flat prior to check-in, which was a huge help. "Completely uncomfortable, unsafe and very unhygienic. Picture on Vrbo site is another building, it was not the old, brown, dirty and careless building, the entrance, hallway, stairs are super disgusting! Extremely dirty! It’s very upsetting and disappointing see how dirty is the carpet in the entrance of this flat. It’s very hard to believe you’re renting a property in this conditions, it was very scary to see this dirt and bad smell from the entrance. Even we saw tons of bags full of garbage...
