"Spent 5 days during a heat wave at this hotel that claimed to have AC but it was never working during the time we stayed there. We were on the 4th floor so imagine what it was like trying to sleep or do anything comfortably without sweating non stop. No one ever came to clean the rooms, take trash out, replenish toiletries during our stay which was shocking since hotels normally do that everyday. Would not stay here again."

"Posizione in zona City di Londra, comunque vicina a bus e metro per raggiungere il centro con 20-30 minuti al massimo. La sera ci sono molti locali per cenare, bere e stare in compagnia. Avrei dovuto prestate attenzione alle dimensioni della stanza, appena 11 mq, in 2 si faceva fatica a girarsi e ad aprire le valigie. Per giunta anche senza finestre ma come già detto, avrei dovuto prestare attenzione in fase di prenotazione. Stanza comunque molto silenziosa. Non ho usufruito della colazione ma...

"The hotel staff kindly stored our bags for us while we waited for our room. The hotel staff tried to put us in a room with many stairs. Stairs to the hallway. Stairs to the room. And even stairs from bathroom to the bedroom. I had to refuse it and request another. Thankfully they found us another."
