Efficient and friendly. Rooms were clean, the most important part! Good shelf space in the bathroom. However, one of the rooms had no bedside table or storage at all, but two hooks on the wall. "More than you usually get for the money around there, and the day room with coffee is a nice touch. If you've got a big bag or are nervous about getting out quickly you don't want to be on the top floor."

"It’s London centre so don’t expect too much but certainly had some idiosyncratic things about it. They gave you two keys one was supposed to open the front door at night but during the day another door was closed but you didn’t have the key for that one so had to buzz in. shared bathroom and showers up and down stairs. but i wasn’t in london for the accommodation ! "

"Booked 3 single rooms for a stag weekend. The rooms are small but as you’d expect for central London. Where they really excel is that they’re extremely well fitted out, very comfortable and very clean. Great value for money, great location, feels safe and secure and the staff are friendly and helpful!"

"Our room was clean, had teacups, a teapot, daily towel change, and housekeeping. The hotel is old, but the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an up and coming neighbourhood. Lots of construction, but very close to St. Pacreas and King's Cross stations. Lovely walk to the British Museum and then Soho and the theatres. Value for money given we didn't come to London to stay in the rom!"
