Cons: Room was tiny. TV wasn’t working. Desk service at night was poor. Window to room was left open when we checked in so lots of bugs had flown in. Shower wasn’t clean.
Pros: They let us keep bags after checkout. Room was otherwise clean. Train station right next to hotel was super convenient!
The hotel has AC but not the room. I have no problem with a small room but I had to open the door during the night to try and cool down. On a cooler day it would have been fine. The twin socket needs re

Disliked: Amenities
Safety of this property really terrible. First of all reception is in upper floor. The moment we get off from Taxi, homeless person approached us.
Also same thing happened in late night. It is not safe at all. London is hot and Air Condition is not working for any rooms. Also the lights were not working at the front room. It was a disaster stay.
This was a great place for a short stay, everything you need to be comfortable

Liked: Cleanliness
Property was clean and attached to the travel lodge. Room was very small with no window, luckily there was aircon through a vent which kept the room cool. The bed was super uncomfortable! It had lumps and dents in it which was super uncomfortable to lie on and sleep. Hotel is incredibly noisy, the doors are quite sticky & hard to open so you have to use a bit of force, all you can hear all night is people shoulder barging their doors open! Also lots of people getting in late and gathering outside doors or in hall ways - wouldn’t stay here again
Great for a short stopover. For a quick few nights this back to basics no frills hotel is a great option. Clean rooms, & great staff. The only real drawback is that there is a lack of soundproofing between the rooms.
It located right outside Hackney Central station. The bathroom is shared by three rooms which was not busy at all. I like the private room which is comparable to the size of hub by premier inn without the bathroom. But the sound proof really need to be improved. I can hear the snore from next door the whole night! If I know his language I could hear every words of my neighbor’s phone call. The bathroom was clean and I like the hot bath. But the toilet was blocked. It didn’t help at all even with several flash!

Disliked: Staff & service, room comfort
Sleeping in a train station
Hotel is right next to a train station, Pusey all night, bright lights and people shouting
Great for those needing somewhere to rest your head, room was clean and felt modern. My only downside was the pillows were very thin and not most comfortable. the AC/Heating made a noise whilst on so had to turn off
Overall would stay here again
This hotel is right next to the train, which runs every few minutes, 24/7 basically. The air conditioning was broken (the staff didn’t care and only told me after I asked about it twice) so the only option was to keep the window open, which was only a crack and didn’t cool the room at all, and listen to the train and people screaming all day and all night. There’s also construction going on right outside so add that to the list. The room was dusty and I had to beg for it to be cleaned, the area isn’t the best, and the staff were really dismissive.
