"We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in. "Overall this is my favourite place to stay when I am in London. Just a small comment about breakfast. I always asked for a large pot of green tea with one tea bag only, as I don't like my green tea turn to brown tea but never delivered correctly, either a large pot with 3 tea bags or a medium pot with 2 tea bags or a small tea pot with 1 tea bag. Perhaps next time."

The room was very nice and shockingly quiet despite the bustle outside. I saw some reviews complaining about noise but the windows were all sealed and it was very quiet."
