"When I arrived to check in no one was there to meet, about 10 mins later a man arrived and I had to actually ask him if this was the correct place, he rang the owner and proceeded to tell me I had to go another properly bout 10-15 mins away as there was a leak in that room I booked. This was unexceptionable for me as there was no prior communication at all would definitely not recommend this place at all "

"It was pleasant. Only stayed here for two nights Rooms are standard Travelodge style. It was clean and comfortable. I had a room request which reception sorted out for me no problem. Free parking outside and there are couple of fast food outlets nearby. I had decent nights sleep It looks like used by families or people working nearby. You would need a car to travel but I knew that so wasn't a problem as it got great access to motorways as it’s just off a major junction. No problem recommending...

"My disabled partner and i stayed for 1night,with my sister and her partner. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Good facilities for disabled guests. We found our rooms and public areas very clean. Had our evening meal in the restaurant. The food was excellent. "

"The hotel was excellent and all the staff without exception were absolutely great. The only minor issue with the room was that it was quite dark even in the daytime and we had fantastic weather in Liverpool all throughout our stay. Overall it was really good and we would definitely stay there again. "

"We had a great stay as a family of four for a weekend for the Comic con convention in Liverpool. The hotel was lovely and the family sweet had separate sleeping are for parents. Rooms had everything we needed and were very confortable. Paul the host was very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of shops near by and within easy reach of bus and metro links to city centre. The building is beautiful and really worth a stay. The kids loved all of its quirky features. We had a great stay thank you."
